The semi-trailer is designed with a fence structure for the cargo part. It is mainly used for the transport of agricultural and by-products and other light foam goods. 1,Model and grille structure design process combined with the user's cargo category, reasonable design, to meet the load case fully reduce the weight of the carriage, the structure is simple and applicable, easy to dismantle, for the user to reduce investment costs, create more profit value.  

2,Frame: the longitudinal beam and the whole penetration cross beam are welded into the space frame structure. It can balance the strength, rigidity and toughness of the frame, with strong bearing capacity and no permanent deformation. 3,Series of warehouse grille type semi-trailer frame are all through-beam type structure, longitudinal beam adopts flat type or gooseneck type. The web height is from 400 to 500, the longitudinal beam is welded by automatic submerged arc welding, the frame is shot blasted, the cross beam is penetrated into the longitudinal beam and welded as a whole. 

4,Suspension system: New type of suspension system is adopted, with high strength and strong impact resistance; the axle loads of each shaft are balanced, and the angle of the system tie rod is reasonably designed to reduce the frictional slip distance between the tyres and the ground during frequent running bumps, effectively reducing tyre wear, while the adjustable tie rod can adjust the wheelbase and effectively avoid the phenomenon of tyre bias grinding and gnawing on the wheel.
