Product Description

Industrial chemicals (acids, alkalis, solvents, etc.). (Sodium Hydroxide NaOH Caustic Soda Liquid) Dangerous goods (must comply with UN certification, such as corrosive and flammable liquids).

1. Preferred material
High quality steel shall be selected for quality assurance. the material of the tank body shall be determined according to the particularity of the transportation medium, and stainless steel, carbon steel, per aluminum etc. can be selected.
 

 

2. plastic lining process
the steel mesh is welded on the surface of the steel body in the tank to form linear low-density polyethylene(PE), it is organically combined and integrally molded on the surface of the steel body at one time, with high strength and corrosion resistance strong corrosion, long service life and many other advantages.
 

3. Beautiful paint surface
the tank body  and accessories shall be shot blasted, sprayed with polymer primer and finish paint strong adhesion, good corrosion resistance, uniform paint film, bright and lasting color.

Accessories	Two top protection boxes: two DN500 full plastic quick-opening manholes, 2 DN32 manual breathing valves. Bottom discharge valve and pipeline: one DN80 fluorine-lined ball valve per bin, connected in parallel through pipelines, one self-flow valve, and one pump inlet valve. The two bins are interconnected and can be discharged separately. A steel-lined PTFE chemical pump is installed behind the frame and equipped with a pump box (IHF-50-125, 3KW/380V motor, flow rate 25M3/H, head 20M), and a pump outlet pipeline is made (it can be pumped outwards, or the back bin can pump the front bin).
