40 Cubic Meter Stainless Steel Milk Semi Trailer insulated Tank Truck Trailer 3 axles, Specially used for transporting milk, the tank is made of food-grade stainless steel 304-2B, with a polyurethane insulation layer, and the medium temperature rises and falls by ≤1°C in 24 hours. 40m³ large capacity, 3 axles and 12 tires, the tank size is 12600*2500*3900mm.

The head of the tank is stamped once, with a symmetrical appearance and beautiful molding, which can effectively buffer the impact of fresh milk on the tank head during transportation.

All pipes and components are made of 304 food-grade stainless steel, and the inner and outer surfaces are polished.
Independent tank body, the inner tank is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, and the steel plate thickness is 3mm, which ensures that the tank body does not leak or change.
The arc-shaped inner tank design has no dead angle, the inner wall of the tank is smooth, there is no hanging, and the tank body residue is better than the national standard.
CIP automatic cleaning device, 360-degree rotation without dead angle cleaning, ensures that any part of the tank body can be cleaned, and eliminates fresh milk contamination caused by unclean tank cleaning.

Imported lightweight and thickened polyurethane overall foaming insulation is used, with a thickness of 80mm, which has light
weight and good insulation effect. Fresh milk is transported at room temperature, and the temperature change in 24 hours does not
exceed 1 degree, ensuring that the quality of fresh milk does not change during long-distance transportation.

The tank reinforcement ribs are made of 2mm thick stainless steel plate rolled into a U shape at one time, which ensures the strength and integrity of the tank, and will not cause the tank to twist and deform during transportation. When installing the tank, leave space between the tank and the base to prevent the tank from directly contacting the vehicle body and forming condensed water.
