Product Description

Powder tank containers are mainly used for transporting bulk powders, such as bulk cement, flour, fly ash, concrete admixture powder, talcum powder and other powdery items.

40-foot powder and granular material tank container, 40m³ tank capacity, equipped with engine diesel engine, the tank body is made of Q235 high-strength carbon steel, Q345R rectangular square tube, strong and durable.

Working principle

The powder tank container uses the engine power to drive the on-board air compressor through the power take-off, and sends the compressed air into the air chamber at the bottom of the sealed tank through the pipeline, so that the cement on the fluidized bed is suspended into a fluidized state. When the pressure in the tank reaches the rated value, the unloading butterfly valve is opened, and the fluidized powder flows through the pipeline for transportation.
Made with domestic advanced technology, it is novel in design, strong and durable. The air bag type has a large load capacity, fast unloading speed and small residual volume. The integrated tank body has the characteristics of high overall strength,good rigidity, good pressure bearing and good performance.
