A tipper is a vehicle that unloads its own cargo by means of a hydraulic or mechanical lift. Also known as a tipper. It consists of a vehicle chassis, a hydraulic lifting mechanism, a cargo compartment and a power take-off device.
The carriage of the tipper is divided into two kinds of rearward tipping and lateral tipping, through the manipulation system to control the movement of the piston rod, rearward tipping is more common, push the piston rod to make the carriage tipping, a few two-way tipping.
Working principle:
The structure of the engine, chassis and cab of a tipper is the same as that of a general load car.
The high pressure oil enters the lifting hydraulic cylinder through the distribution valve and oil pipe, and the front of the carriage has a cab safety plate.
The engine drives the hydraulic pump through the transmission and power take-off device, and the hydraulic tipping mechanism of the carriage consists of the oil tank, hydraulic pump, distribution valve, lifting hydraulic cylinder, control valve and oil pipe.
