Car carrier trailer can be made into different lengths according to customer requirements.the frame is a welded I-beam, and the entire body adopts automatic submerged arc welding and carbon dioxide gas shielded welding.

Skeleton type, that is, the side panels are composed of columns, without side panels, front panels, rear doors and top panels. This type of car carrier has light weight, low cost and low fuel consumption, but it is inconvenient to transport goods and the car is easily damaged.

The structure of a car carrier is generally divided into a lower chassis, an upper chassis, side panels, a front panel, a rear door, a top panel, accessories, a hydraulic system, a suspension system, an air brake system, a circuit system, a support device, a wheel hub cooling system, etc.


The car carrier is a double-layer loading platform structure. The upper loading platform can be lifted up and down by the lifting device to facilitate loading. The lifting device is configured according to different needs and can be divided into three types: hydraulic cylinder direct lifting, pulley wire rope pulling lifting and hand winch hanging.

For the double-axle double-tire car carrier, there are two manual springboards on the gooseneck steps at the front end of the lower chassis, a movable frame that can be lifted by a hydraulic cylinder is designed in front of the rear axle, two manual springboards on the left and right are designed behind the rear axle, and a drawer and a climbing ladder are designed at the rear end. A drawer is designed at the rear end of the upper chassis.
