Product Description

The side crane can complete multiple operation functions such as self-loading and unloading of containers and vehicle-to-vehicle transfer. It has the characteristics of large lifting capacity, long operating range, wide application range, good versatility and strong accompanying loading and unloading guarantee capability. It can meet the lifting needs of containers in different locations and is widely used in container logistics, port freight transfer stations, railway container handling stations, warehouses, m ilitary logistics support, customs departments and other container distribution centers. 1. Sliding container side self-loading and unloading transporter It can load and unload 20ft or 40ft containers or similar containers through the sliding of the front and rear cranes. It has a wide range of applications and good versatility, which greatly expands the use of the equipment.

2. Dual pumps and dual branches The whole vehicle is powered by an engine with adjustable speed. The hydraulic oil output by the dual pumps is sent through the converging valve group and then to the multi-way valve group of the front and rear side cranes in series to drive their respective actuators. It has a wider range of linkage adaptability, which greatly ensures the stability and reliability of the lifting process.

3. Electro-hydraulic load adaptation Using high- and low-pressure dual pumps, and supplying oil to the front and rear cranes after combining the flow through the diverter valve, it can achieve a large flow rate of dual pumps supplying oil at the same time under low-pressure conditions and a small flow rate of high-pressure unloading of the low-pressure pump under high-pressure conditions, ensuring the efficiency and quality of the lifting operation. This technology can not only ensure the stability of the speed switching of the crane under high- and low-pressure conditions, but also make full use of the output power of the engine, which is more economical.

4. Chain twist lock device + automatic storage for container loading and unloading The chain twist lock mechanism for container loading and unloading automatically rotates and locks in the corner of the container during loading and unloading operations, and will not fall off, ensuring safety during operation; during transportation, the twist lock can still be automatically locked through the limit device, eliminating the repetitiveness of operators in transporting and collecting chains and unloading and loading chains, and greatly improving driving safety; after the operation, by optimizing the movement trajectory and chain collection position of the lifting point, the chain can be automatically stored during the boom recovery process, greatly improving the comfort of operation and the safety of the entire vehicle.

5. Control system optimization technology The whole vehicle rationally matches the combination of remote wireless control remote controller and load-sensitive electro-hydraulic proportional multi-way valve with pre-valve pressure compensation. Remote control operation is safe, comfortable and convenient. The remote control panel and handle are people-oriented and in line with the movement trend of the machine; proportional control realizes stepless speed regulation, ensures the smooth operation of the whole machine, and can accurately control subtle movement

6. Reasonable matching of safety systems

During the operation of the whole machine, there is an intelligent anti-rollover protection system on one side of the outrigger, which monitors the stability of the whole machine in real time. If there is a risk of tilting, it can automatically alarm and effectively lock; the other side of the outrigger is protected by a baffle to prevent the container from entering the dangerous area. The application of high-strength steel plates ensures safety and reliability through advanced software analysis and rigorous testing; at the same time, high-quality hydraulic seals, high-level electrical protection, safe and reliable locking mechanism, practical and safe emergency stop function also increase safety.
