Product show

The tank container for powder and granular materials includes a frame, a tank body, a charging hole, a discharge pipe, an air chamber, an air inlet pipeline and two fluidized beds. The fluidized bed is a trough welded inside the tank, which slopes downward from the sealing head to the middle of the tank.

The air inlet pipeline is connected to compressed air, one of which is connected to the bottom of the fluidized bed and the other to the air chamber. Compressed air is used to penetrate into the material powder particles through the densely porous breathable interlayer, so that the material is in a fluidized state and discharged from the tank.
